Hey, if you managed to change the card how is it possible that you can't get any document from them that it really happened. I find that a bit strange and quite sad if they can't provide you with that. Did you ask why? If you used it as a deposit method, it's quite normal that the casino asks you for it.

I understand why then on my 888 account I used the card in my husband's name and they let me deposit several times instead after I won and asked to withdraw with the same card they didn't let me do it ... Table changes during the hand in progress, where maybe you want to bet a flop but wake up at another table, and let's not even talk about rigged hands (and no, I'm not part of the "everything online is rigged" category, on the contrary) but 888 is the only site that makes you think the opposite, I'm becoming a wizard (sic!) at guessing the cards that will come out, especially on the turn and river, and if you stay short you're doomed even if you start with an 80-20 lead... The nonexistent bonuses, on the so-called "wheel of fortune" in 3 years I've seen nothing but the freeroll ticket, never once another prize. In short, the worst of the worst.

Particolare perché, correggetemi se sbaglio, io non avevo mai visto tornei in cui durante la pausa il timer va comunque avanti, togliendo i minuti al livello seguente... Cambiamenti del tavolo durante la mano in corso che magari vuoi bettare un flop ma ti svegli su un altro tavolo, poi non parliamo delle mani pilotate (e no, non faccio parte della categoria "l'online è tutto truccato", anzi) ma 888 è l'unico sito che fa pensare l'opposto, sto diventando una strega (sic!) ad indovinare le carte che usciranno soprattutto turn e river, e se rimani short sei condannato anche se parti in vantaggio 80-20... I bonus inesistenti, sulla cosiddetta "ruota della fortuna" in 3 anni non ho visto altro che il ticket freeroll, mai una volta un altro premio. Insomma, il peggio del peggio.
(Ovviamente assistenza clienti non pervenuta, risponderebbe prima il padreterno che l'operatore)
