I have an open complaint but I am pretty sure that I know what the outcome will be . After being on gamstop a couple of times I finally decided its safer all around for all of us who feel gamstop will prevent us to online gambling we are only forcing ourselves to play on unregulated unsafe casino sites . I have lifted my gamstop restriction and will never ever play on these sites who have absolutely no intention of releasing our winnings and will always find a reason not to and after that there is no where else to go . It's ok us all complaining and sending us mad but they no theres not a single thing we can do . I had my biggest win I ever had on here and have had to let it go and I will never ever fall into this scamming trap again. When I first found this casino I couldnt find a single review .. positive or negative and I was one of the first to post a negative review then the email came out promising a whole 10 free spins for a positive review and in 1 day their ratings lept becsue people would rather got those 10 free spins than stop people from getting ripped off . I would rather tell the truth save people from my experience than receive 10 free easily spins!!

Hi, I have seen your complaint and at the moment the ball is in the casino's side and we will have to wait for their response and position they stand. Let's not get ahead of ourselves and try to think positively before this ends badly. I think that is the least we can do in this situation and I hope that Branislav will be able to get the casino to make a statement. 

Of course, I agree with the other part and I think it would be best if players always stay with casinos that are licensed and preferably in their home country, so that there is a possibility to turn back if something similar happens. 

Thanks also for sharing the information and your experience, because probably very few players would think like you and give up FS. 

I commend you and I will hope that everything will work out in the end although I certainly don't want to give any false hope. If you have anything new don't hesitate to let us know.

I just checked myself, i didnt break any bonus T&C playing forbidden games. I was only lucky not play restricted games, since they have traps like "all megaways" games, then some random popular games from popular providers.


They are making excuses if they can, but it doesnt matter, because you would be in same situation even without breaking any T&C.

If you are not aware that you broke any rules while playing, then the complaint was a good step, but I think that Veronica could definitely use more than a three-word answer to her questions, because she probably won't be able to move on with such an response. Would that be possible ?

Thankyou for your reply . I understand but I am not sure if I am best hoping it will go my way or realising that there isnt much that can be done tho I am grateful for everyone here for helping and dont think some of the comments I have seen are not fair or justified. People just have to be patient and realise people can only do their best . I will keep my 🤞 because this was a great deal of money to me as it is for anyone. Hope for the best but expect the worse as they say 😊

Let’s be honest if they havnt replied to us now!

They won’t do …. It’s more people everyday getting scammed! Trustpilot are the worst!

I understand your frustration and pain honestly I do . My balance reached almost £4000 and when i realised that they probably wernt going to pay out i played to reduce it as much as i possible could because mentally i didnt think i would cope . These arnt the people to be frustrated with and am sure they will do everything they can to help. I dont think relying on gambled or gambling money to pay bills is the best thing to do but we have all been there . I have learned my lesson and lifted my gamstop ban and know now to only play regulated sites as I know I couldnt deal with " losing" all my money again but I now know it's not my money till it lands in my bank . Hope your case is resolved but remember casino guru are not the ones at fault here .

I will do anything in my power to ruin their scam operation!


I have even got the lawyers that set 7bets.io sending them emails with me copied in saying where is my money!!!


It’s a horrible experience but those small wins make it all worth while!

Hi all, I am just wondering if anyone knows of anyone ever receiving winnings from this site. I can see on their site it claims to be registered for a few years. Like you guys, I’m also having problems withdrawing. I deposited £300 and have got up for £1,000 and I keep getting withdrawal rejected and no reason behind it other than ‘queues’. I have reported this as fraud with my bank also. Does anybody know any safe legit sites that are not gamstop registered and can reliably pay winnings?

No one that I no of has ever received any winnings from this site, they take your money and have no intention of ever paying out.

They will be friendly at the start then keep rejecting withdrawals.


Happened to me 10times kept on rejecting - now come to a point where I am emailing them and they are reading the emails and I have read notifications on. Just being ignored.


I have notified Trustpilot and they have unverified their account! It’s all very strange and a huge scam!


Best of luck but nothing is going to happen and I advise going to your bank to try claim the money back! / doing a police report!

Hello, after an awful few days with this company they have actually refunded l my deposits and blocking my account which is a result. Had to spend a lot of time changing vpns to talk to live chat members but it’s seems like the persistence worked. Hope everyone else can get there money back too

Just keep trying to talk to live chat members and change vpn connections constantly to get through. Also use the chat feature on nin bet and winsmania as it is always the same live chat members who are working for all three sites.

I have just been on live chat asking for my deposit refunded. The agent seemed to recognise me as they said ‘we have already been through this, you’re in the queue and must wait’ also advised me that a withdrawal of such a big amount (£1,000) is less likely to get approved and to request £750 or less. I’ve requested lower withdrawal so let’s see how this one goes….not holding my breath.

If anyone had a succesful withdrawal they wont be on here and as for support they ignored me on 7 bets so I popped onto ninbet and got the same rep and he replied straight away . Also sent exactly same documents that were verified within 24 hours yet everytime I sent a selfie it was rejected after their 72 hours . I think we are all seeing a pattern and more and more are joining us . These sites must realise if they are fair and pay out they will probably make more money out of us because we would probably keep depositing and give rave reviews ???
