My complaint was closed as unresolved because the casino did not respond to my complaint here. I saw that many other complaints against this casino are still pending and casinoguru has managed to get in touch with the casino outside the casinoguru platform. I don't know if Josef tried to contact the casino through other platforms because clearly they do cooperate? Now my hands are pretty much tied if the licensing authority doesn't respond to complaints either😭

Unfortunately Jozef wasn't able to get in touch with the casino, as per their unwillingness to cooperate regarding your case. Please have in mind, that every case is different, and therefore each of them is taken individually. I am confident to say, that our team does their best, every time, to try to get the best result in every complaint, by using their own "techniques", if I can call them that. In this case, sorry to tell you, but the licensing authority at this particular casino hasn't got the best reputation, at all. So, I am quite unsure, what you can expect there. Hopefully next time you will have more luck by playing at a safer casino. Just, please, be cautious when choosing one. 🙏

It's sad that the casino does regulate the complaints, but they don't want to regulate such an important topic as responsible gaming, knowing that they failed completely. They react to those complaints only what they feel is beneficial to them. It is also sad that the casino blocked my e-mail, the e-mail says that the sending of the message failed, I sent from my other e-mail and the message went through. Not a very responsible activity. And I think the casino's rating should be lowered rapidly, and added to the black list.

Sad indeed, as you said. Even more sad, that we can not do more about it, just to lower the safety index, which already is below average, btw. It will occur every time whenever a complaint is marked as unresolved, that it'll lead to the safety index to get even lower. We do not blacklist any casinos, and that is because we want to be transparent and be able to show all the information to everyone on our site. That is the reason we do not keep such a list. We hope the players can read all those information beforehand, to know what to expect, and based of these decide whenever is safe or not to play and deposit at each casino.

Not as of yet . There is 1 day left on the timer. Even if they agree to what my representative has suggested I think my next hurdle will be an actual withdrawal but 1 step at a time I guess . I know my account is fully verified now but that doesnt seem like it makes a difference.

They havnt agreed to pay but agreed that all funds shouldn't of been removed . I reached the highest VIP level which can only be reached with real money funds which is kind of an indicator as to how much my funds were re wagered but I think if they were to reimburse I will need to wager again the funds I played on the " forbidden game" . I apparently won 350 but there is no indication how much I played of my bonus funds .

So true . As soon as I began having problems I played my funds down as I felt they were putting blocks in the way . Never my money till it's on my bank account. All I am giving is my time to see how it pans out and if at best it lowers their score so less people sign up then so be it .

I think it would be nice if we weren't so negative. 

However, I definitely agree that players should always check some information about the casino, because this can prevent unpleasant situations to a much greater extent. Without that, I wouldn't go anywhere in today's online age where scams can be found everywhere. 

I also think they won't pay more, only with a miracle.
