This email was sent to me yestreday.. Now they had canceled withdraw and took 775€ away and left 25€ on account. So returned deposit.
I didnt have any bonus to wager on account

I have never used a bonus and also have only ever bet on sports so I am not sure why my withdrawals aren’t being approved. I wish I could ask Ana this question.

I’m afraid you have fallen into the same trap as the rest of us. It seems highly unlikely that you will receive the money you have deposited or won whilst using the site. It is a scam operation unfortunately.
We’re all in similar situations. Waiting for withdrawal of funds or verification but all get rejected and the casino don’t provide any support or reasoning as to why it is. Casino guru have also had no response from the casino in regards to my complaint
Have you made a complaint . Even if you dont get a resolve their score will go down .

I'm sorry about this issue you are having at this particular casino, unfortunately, as you can read in this thread you are not alone in this situation. The licensing authority, in case of 7Bets.io 👈, which is Costa Rica, is not responsive at all, when it comes to players complaints, which makes it even more difficult for our complaint team to help players with their cases.
Have they explained to you, what did they exactly mean, by saying your documents are fake? Was this issue resolved, or is it actually still pending, I wonder?
