However, 2 withdrawals I made to my bank were rejected and apparently the money was not returned to me. I have been waiting to see if I receive the money back but after more than 24 hours it was still not back in my account. Hi, the same thing just happened to me. No withdrawals were accepted, nor could I enter the poker area.

They told me from 14 to 30 days. And after 35 days I received an email and my withdrawals were made.

At least my case was completed

Hmm, and what was the reason you had to wait 30 days ? Were you also verified or was there something else ? Do you have any idea why you couldn't go to poker ?
