They are just playing with our emotions! As we can't do anything about it ! We can just request them to response us and they are just ignoring like hell!! We don't have any other option than to request them !
You can see I have file complaint against them in Casino Guru ..but they are not bother to response even casino guru..just after 3 days from now my complaint will be closed and marked as unsolved. Then what will happen next?? Nothing at alll!!!!!

But it's been more than one and half month !!
They are not even responding my mails anymore.! I have hard earned money of 900$ USD .

I have money in my account, but that time to wait obviously you want to play, but I still have money in there. I can't get it out. For KYC reasons, the email indicates 14 to 30 days, we have now gone 32 days without knowing anything. and like a robot they keep saying to wait 14 to 30 days. when the deadline has already expired.
On top of that, I'm a loser in that casino. I don't know why there are so many obstacles.

I have earned through affiliate marketing of 1win and I have withdrawn it from affiliate account to my 1win account !! . That's the reason I am worried about my money ! And it's not an small amount .it's 900$ USD.

I completely understand your frustration, and I can see that you and another player are in exactly the same situation. The casino has told you both the same thing and I think you have been waiting a long time for the documents to be verified.
I also checked the complaint and saw that the timer has already been extended once and the casino still has some time to respond. I would be very happy if they would do that and clarify what is going on and preferably pay out the money.
I have looked at the other complaints and it seems that the casino has more against them but so far they have tried to resolve them, so I don't know what might be happening on their side now.
Anyway, it's not all over yet and we'll see if we hear from them or not.
I will hope that they will answer.
