Claim a Dispute to the offer and tell the casino to pay you your winnings and the casino should specify which bet a software error occured at??

What I'm saying is that, the casino said they will restrict all player's bets and withdraw the remaining amount,and ban the player. Although I'm not sure what that means.
If you wish you can send in your crypto currency adress wallet to contact@1win.xyz or you send it to the authorities and tell them to help you foward it to the casino.
If I were you, I will ask the authorities how much does the casino intend to pay me!
