When I played at the casino, my friend didn't have an account with them, he registered 2 months after,

the date is on the evidence they sent.

Hello,

I do not know, but I would not be surprised if it spoke hugely against you, because this is a fraud even if you intended to help your friend, it's almost always against the rules.

It probably tagged you as a suspicious user, as I can recall you were also accused of using the same email address as another player, which is again very suspicious.

"This is their complaint on our website: https://casino.guru/1win-casino-player-s-concerned-about-account-verification. They also provided us with information received from the licensing authority, that their account was tagged to your account. "

My advice - is never to do again anything against the rules iven in good faith. 🙏

They are crazy they said i used software and i abused errors in the odds provided..

Yes dear RADKA as you can see it will be tense with these unfair people.

They say that I have withdrawn well while all my requested withdrawals have never arrived.

In such a case, the casino should provide some sort of payment confirmation in order to support the statement that the money was sent, I'd say. We shall see whether we get something...

Obviously if they talk about any withdrawal then I have been registered with them for more than a year so I have already made a withdrawal.

But there are 3 withdrawals that have never happened to me. I specify.

honestly, I do not need that. Peter is "in charge" of your complaint and I'm not even part of the complaint team myself. 🙂 You can also post the screenshot to the complaint directly, to make sure no one misses it.

Peter receives hundreds of emails daily, so I'm sure this would be the better way how to update the complaint. 🙏
