Hello, I think this will be better thread for this. 🙂
Has anyone had any actual payouts from this platform or anything related to lava entertainment. I have a £4000 withdawal pending for 2 months and a large balance. I have been asking support for nearly 2 months for an update and all I get is the finance team are looking into it and it has been flagged. I have read reviews and it does not look good. Also raised a complaint here but struggling to get a response from the casino.
Hello, I bet you cannot see those warnings, so let me share a few screenshots from the casino review:

I would like to say something positive but as you can see, this casino is a great risk, and they do not worry much about fairness. 🙁
The same goes for players' complaints. Honestly, I'm quite skeptical here.
Hey, I took a look at this casino, and it’s pretty sad that you ended up here—it’s actually pretty bad.
Anyway, they didn’t give any reason for canceling the withdrawal, which isn’t a good sign. Plus, you have to wait again. I’d probably prepare myself for the possibility that you won’t get anything, but let’s wait and see.
You also have an open complaint, so we’ll see how that turns out.😕
Well after 2 months of waiting and no replies I got a message to say they had cancelled the withdrawal and that all funds had been taken over £21,000 in what is now obvious fake money disappeared overnight with no reason what so ever. All I can say to anyone is never go near 1000soins casino or any site that is owned by lava entertainment they are all scam sites.

Hey there, that's what I've been worried about since our last talk here. This casino is another one to avoid, and I'm sorry you had to learn the lesson the hardest way. I wish I could say something positive, but I just couldn't think of anything.
In any case, I appreciate you coming back and sharing this very negative experience with others.
Thanks Radka
I knew something was off as soon as I read the reviews. And then the excuses started to pile up. I’m just surprised it took them that long to take the withdrawal. I wasn’t depositing any money after the win. So seems pointless them keep it going so long. I’m can see how players would get conned by them into making lots of deposits only to find the big win never arrives.
I am starting a plan to shed more light on these crooks I have started by sharing the screen shots of winning game logs to the game providers in the hope they can assist in shutting the site 100spins1.com and all other lava entertainment sites down and I will then start a new thread with details of every angle of the scam to warn as many people as possible
thanks for your help
Hey, I appreciate your efforts.
I'm unsure what payment option you used for deposits, but you can try a chargeback with the bank; getting back at least the deposits may be worth a try.
To be honest, there are a few flaws when players choose a chargeback, but since this casino should be avoided, eventually losing access to this group of casinos thanks to a chargeback attempt doesn’t seem like the worst scenario. What do you think?
Anyway, I would like to keep in touch to see how (or if) those gameproviders reched back. Getting them informed sounds like a very thoughtful step to me.
As a follow up they have now closed my account completely. What a complete scam job. I still have access to to all the screenshots of winning spins and game logs. I have sent detailed reports to Bgaming gamzix Playson and pragmatic explaining lava entertainment have no license and operate illegally and I suspect they are running fake versions of their games. I have also reported this to all the payment processors they use to launder transactions. And I will be leaving review on all casino forums to warn other members. Other than that not much I can do. If anything this has given me the kick I needed to avoid casinos.Thinking you have won over £20k and it turning out to be a scam really opens your eyes to the shocking state of online gambling and it does feel like too much risk whether it be rigged rtp or in this case just flat out non payment of winnings why risk money that you most likely will never see again I signed up to gamstop which excludes me from all legitimate places and found my self slipping after being bombarded by all the rogue casinos via text and email.
But lesson learned and in the long haul it will save me more than the 20k.
I’ll focus now on trying to get my deposits back and with the evidence I have I’m pretty confident and call it a day.

So far I have found
4 Crowns Casino, Ocean Breeze, Aladdin's Gold, Golden Pharaoh, Love Casino, Winit Casino, Savanna Wins, Golden Genie, Golden Lion, Casino Hermes, Slots Islands Casino, Kings Chip Casino, Spins Castle Casino, Lucky Charms Casino, Chilli 777 Casino, Europe 777 Casino, 24 Casino, Rouge Casino, iWin Fortune Casino, Spins Heaven, Mr. Thrills Casino, Winner Casino, BigWins, Electric Wins, and 1000Spins
all of these are linked to lava entertainment and I would strongly suggest avoiding all of them
most of these will have a number in the url aswell as they just domain hop when complaints get to high
Hey, that's a real achievement! My honest congratulations on that! May I know how long it took for you to get all the money from the casino? I guess Im not the only one interested in hearing more. 🙂

Is there any chance you could try to use the same tactics as the other players just described? I mean, I imagine your situation may be different, but it's just weird to see someone paid after a hard fight while someone with a closed account seems to be completely ignored.
Well, I'll leave that completely to your discretion. I wish you no more casino problems or struggles. May Gamstop or any other app focusing on blocking all casino-related content serve you better.
In the other thread, a player from Italy recommended Gambling Block: "I pay about 8 euros per month, and at the moment, I find it very effective."
"Almost all sites won't open; they're blocked. Some did open, but once the site was loaded on the app, it quickly blocked. Furthermore, if you enter a sponsor's email address, if you try to remove the app, an alert email will be sent."
Perhaps it can help too.
Hi congratulations, can I ask who you were contacting. I was using live chat and support@1kspins.com but never had a reply via email
That's exactly what I've been doing all along, every single day!
Wishing you lots of luck 🙏
