I emailed them and they asked me to fill out a "TRI" Form. Today I got this reply:
"Following our internal review, we were unable to identify the transaction in question within our system. Therefore, our payment infrastructure was not involved in the processing of this transaction."
I'm confused. Everyone here said coinpacto/cpto/coinpactico is processed by walletto and some got their refunds fast. What can I do?
