I had over £1000 with these. No one replies. Bank raised chargebacks and they will make fake receipts

I've not posted in a while, thankfully I've been keeping off these sites, although I did almost lapse last week.

Has anyone had any luck at all with Elegro or TransferOp/Payop? I have quite a few transactions from last year with both of these and they always reject refund requests. It has been a couple months since I've tried but wondered if anyone has had any lucky lately?

It is Obelrix. You need to try and find the payment processor. Their website is client.paychallenges.com but it’s hard to find more info on them

My bank statements are now showing a different address which is related to a different business!

Coming up as repair plus as well now, never seen this happen before. Contacted them today too.

Took a while for me and several forms but they did eventually refund after constant chasing, keep at it.
