I am honestly surprised anyone uses this casino at all… it’s 2023 and there are MUCH better options.
I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for 7 full days now, with no significant updates from the casino end other than "our financial team is processing this request". I’ve completed a full KYC, my win is 100% legitimate with a full video replay on the game provider’s side - there should be nothing getting in the way of this transaction.
It’s also a crypto withdrawal, so there will be no delays from the bank end.
Anyway, I tried phoning their "support number" MULTIPLE different times and it doesn’t even work… it’s only email or chat support and you get the same generic responses.
I see tons of other complaints with the same issue - weeks without seeing the customer withdrawals… this is NOT right and should be investigated.
Anyways, really really hoping someone can help me out here, I’m losing faith and it’s messing with me mentally 🙁

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Fairspin Casino specifically states in their Terms and Conditions that "withdrawals should take no more than 10 business days" - so I hope that they adhere to their own stated terms.
Unfortunately I knew I had to lodge a complaint when I saw that many other customers were experiencing the same exact issue as me…. Not very professional Fairspin!
Also, I have heard multiple times from support "we are sure that your withdrawal will be sent before this timeframe (10 business days)" - so let’s see.
