The player from Michigan had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We extended the timer for response by 7 days but the player had not responded to our messages. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and the complaint had been rejected.

I did a $35 deposit cash off my debit card. They gave me a $315% bonus from that I won $3,000. Ended up getting it down to 2600 and tried to cash out at 350 and the rest of my money disappeared. If I would have knew that I would have played through all that money. Now I'm trying to get my 350 and they're giving me the run around verification. I've already sent them everything
