I am from Peru and I won the 105 dollars that were indicated as the maximum profit of the 105LOKO coupon, which came to my PERSONAL email, with the following terms:


"Rules, because you gotta have em. This is a one time only invitation chip for you, because you are special. The wagering is nice and low - only 30x. If you're a winner, you can withdraw up to $105 - also fair."


To do this, before winning, I verified my account using my National Identity Document and a selfie, everything was going well, they even created a cryptocurrency wallet for me to withdraw, but 4 days after the withdrawal process, they denied it to me, they I wrote an email because they don't have live customer service, but they simply answered me the following:


"The free chip 105LOKO welcome bonus is not allowed in your location, if you deposit and use a match bonus or deposit and play you can request a withdrawal, not from welcome bonus"


However, in their terms and conditions they mention the following regarding some countries with restrictions:


"6. Unless the Casino Management specifically gives prior agreement, Welcome Bonuses are limited to one promotion per player, per family, per computer, per address and per IP address.

So an agent explicitly told me that they would give a solution to my case in a maximum of 2 days, however they were based on the following totally MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT term and condition:


"Players from certain countries may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may partake of said free chips for amusement purposes only. Please contact a customer support representative before using any free chip offer to understand your eligibility for withdrawals."


Supposedly when I received a coupon to my PERSONAL email, they had to base themselves on specific criteria to make said redemption valid and therefore playability and possibility of winning, however, they opted for the easiest and most beneficial way for them, which is to seize my Profits. Ah, my country supposedly has restrictions on withdrawing, but not on depositing, what a scam!
