I made a request on 12/28/23 in the amount of 500.00.

I met all the requirements. Sent in all documents for verification. Everytime I get through it’s always after business hours. And the agent can only tell me I will be receiving my payout. They give me every excuse under the sun why I haven’t received it yet.
