Dear player,
Thank you for providing these details. I’ve reviewed the information and, unfortunately, the situation fits a pattern we frequently see with unlicensed scam casinos. Please check our article about how to recognize scam casinos here: Scam Casinos Warning.
Legitimate casinos may occasionally require a very small verification deposit (typically just a few dollars) to confirm a payment method, but any site that repeatedly demands new deposits, especially amounts over about $60, as a condition for releasing your winnings is almost certainly operating fraudulently. In addition, the website you mentioned (www.skyslots.online) is already offline, which is another strong indicator that this operation was not a genuine licensed casino.
Because these sites are unregulated and often disappear without warning, there’s no effective way to recover the funds you deposited. I strongly recommend that you:
- Stop sending any further payments to this or any related site.
- Contact your payment provider (bank, card issuer, or crypto exchange) to report the transactions as part of a fraudulent scheme and ask if a chargeback or dispute is possible.
If you have shared sensitive information, please take steps to secure your accounts and closely monitor for suspicious activity.
I will mark this complaint as "unresolved," which will negatively affect the casino's rating and serve as a warning to others. While this doesn’t resolve your situation, it may help prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.
In the future, always verify a casino's legitimacy through thorough research and player reviews before making deposits.
I’m truly sorry this happened. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter issues with other casinos, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Natalia
