We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Mgppgm88. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion. The following message was received from the player:

I have made 3 deposits the amounts are $139.26 on the 4th august, $149.37 on the 14 august and $167.73 on the 20th august,

the casino explained it as player account verification

i have not made a successful withdrawal from this casino yet
