So on Monday night I made a deposit. The deposit didn't appear in my balance so I tried to get it sorted through their support. It took two days to get it sorted and they are trying to say that they never received the deposit funds. They were withdrawn from my account using a MasterCard though so obviously they must have received them. Anyway after a LOT of firm messages from me it was eventually sorted. But then today I've made another deposit using a prepaid MasterCard and the same thing has happened. Their support are acting as though I'm lying despite the fact I've sent the screenshots of the transactions. They're trying to act as if it must be a problem with my payment method. But I've used two different methods and had the same problem. So obviously the problem is their system. I've never had this issue with any other site ever. Would appreciate some support to get them to stop messing with my money

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
