I redeemed a bonus and when I finished the free spins I began betting, on the second game I played I was betting $1 then it showed insufficient funds to place get. I was watching the game and not the balance, I couldn't believe it I knew ai had somewhere around $500 as a playable balance. I looked and my balance had dropped to 8.38.

Immediately I checked my game history and come to find it was betting $50 a bet. I contacted chat and reported the problem. I was told give a minute to look for not this.I waited for over a half hour and I just got a wait msg back . Wait About 15 minutes later I asked for an update. Ten mins later another msg. Simply read: UPDATED.

I inquired about what has been updated, then the chat closed. When I went back to the chat I had a page not found page. Unbelievable. I tried to call but the wait time was over an hour. When I tried again the number wasn't working. That's where it stands now
