Hello, I would now advise against this casino. I was a VIP and had reached and completed the Anaconda level. When I asked in the chat about the reward (2000 euros), I was told that I had not activated the bonus. This level is not a bonus but a reward for deposits and game points, especially since I had never deactivated anything. I also received a code via the VIP manager. I was so angry in the chat that they did not want to credit the 2000 euros that they should delete the account, this happened very quickly. I sent a copy of the chat to the VIP manager, no reaction. I felt it was fraud because the VIP level says reward and not bonus and why should I have deactivated the bonus

Live chat was useless and said the best replacement they could do is the spins with a max cashout of $75nzd, or 50euro.

Let me start from beginning. I am from UAE and i open an account in cobra casino a month ago and deposit money through my credit card, everything was fine at that stage. Then they asked for card verification and other things which i did it properly and they approve it. When i won the bet and try to withdraw money to my credit card they said we can not send money to cards in Uae and u need to provide is with account number and verify that as well which i did it properly. The games are fine and seem fair, but the withdrawal process is a hassle. I saw someone launch an official complaint on another site that sounds similar to my experience. It involved Cobra not accepting screenshots from Scotiabank as proof of deposit. Cobra demands a type of screenshot that Scotiabank doesn’t allow as an option on either mobile or desktop. It took numerous emails over several days for me to convince Cobra that what they were asking was literally not possible to provide. Why don’t my regular ID and screenshots (accepted at all other casinos I’ve used) suffice? They treated me like a criminal when I’d won a few hundred dollars on a small deposit. I had to send every possible type of shot and then had to get an email from Gigadat in the end. It’s not my fault if Scotiabank doesn’t allow a certain type of screenshot. After finally resolving everything, I decided to continuing playing there since I figured I’d been verified thoroughly, so the process for future withdrawals would be smooth. BUT a month or so later, I hit a win of a few thousand dollars, only to discover they wanted even more ID—this time a selfie of me holding my ID. I sent one, but it wasn’t good enough for them since not enough of my arm was showing! When that was all finally resolved, I learned I could withdraw only $750 per day! So it’s going to take me a week to withdraw portion by portion. Clearly this delay is a ploy in hopes that you’ll spend your money again in the meantime. That’s what the other complainant said happened—that person finally assumed they’d never get their money, so they gambled it and lost. Seems to me like a purposeful stall tactic that shouldn’t be allowed. I’ve won a few thousand at other places (such as Playamo) and managed to withdraw with no hassle at all. It looks like I’ll get my money eventually, so that’s good. But I can’t stand the constant treatment as if I’m trying to deceive them. They have no problem taking my money, so they should not hassle me when I withdraw by the same Interac process and account from which I deposited. Clearly a deposit of $100 is not an attempt to launder! And they can see what I’ve bet on what slot and what I won. So just send me the money I won without all the hassle that costs me hours of time writing emails, etc.
