I’m from the US and was allowed to register and allowed to make a deposit. After making a deposit and only after I received a kyc email and my account was blocked and I was unable to even log in or allowed a one time withdraw and finally after 50 messages they allowed me to login and attempt to withdraw only to re block and lick my account when I tried to confirm my withdraw. It’s been over a week and all they say is we are waiting on a response from a so called " RELEVANT TEAM" lol. Stay away !!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals or refunds to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their payouts before submitting a complaint.
I understand that it is a bit different situation since the casino blocked your account, but please bear with me a bit longer and if there's no development, we will intervene.

My issue is that my KYC was denied but to geo restrictions and I understand but I wish Cloudbet would’ve blocked my deposit until my kyc was completed instead they let me deposit then blocked all access to my account. They finally let me log in to do a one time withdraw but when I tried to confirm the withdraw via email that again blocked my log in and I was unable to confirm the withdraw. I’ve been waiting over a week just to log in and withdraw my deposit, I’ve had my account blocked on other sites but I was still allowed access to my account and had no issues withdrawing the funds in my wallet. This situation feels like a trap to get players to make a deposit then cloudbet blocks the account and makes it very difficult to pass kyc and regain the deposited funds.
Thank you casino guru for aiding in a speedy resolution. Today I was granted access to my account and was able to fully withdraw all the funds in my account. So Cloudbet did allow me to retain my deposit although I still don’t fully agree with some of their policies especially allowing a deposit only to immediately lock you out of your account for a lengthy KYC review. I was unable to play a single game or make a bet so I can’t give my opinion on Cloudbets gaming experience!
