I won 1350€, withdraw it 18.2.24 after 48 hours passed asked live chat how long does withdrawal take, they answered 48 hours or less only rare circumstances it can delay littlebit. Today 22.2.24 I asked them that it's double the time that live chat support told me. After that withdrawal failed and I asked reason to failure no good answer only their relative department investigate that. I already have verified myself with utility bills, personal ID and selfie with ID and bank account infos etc. Hope I get this money soon

If you want to withdrawal prepare for long and hard process. I didn't receive my money until the ADR intervene after 6 weeks. They also take fee if you do several withdrawals within 30 days. For me it was 8%.

I opened up an account, deposit €50 and then €55 and I won - I won alot, I won over €3000 which is much in my book. But as I thought it was fun to play I kept playing but stoped when I had €2800 left and made a withdraw request. I was aware of I need to send some documents to CasinoWinBig which I did. Copy of passport and proof of address. But that wasn't enough - they wanted a bankstatement which I sent, then they wanted a photo of me holding my passport - I gave them that too. The support told me it was 48 hours wait to withdraw, fine with me but when the 48 hours went by - the request is still pending. And now - no honest answer. I have read some other reviews where other customers lost everything because the CasinoWinBig refuse to payout their money. This is nothing but fraud. They not only steal your money they also take away the fun. So - do NOT play on the CasinoWinBig

Worst casino I ve seen in a long time. It offers many games and easy deposits. But once you complain they tell you to send a mail and they never get back to you.
There are many online casino's out there which are worth your time and money but Casinowinbig (and 18bet) should be avoided!
