Yes, I have made a withdrawal in the past with a previous card, however. I have not been asked for any statement so far for my current card as a verification. I received these profits without any bonuses. I have not tried another payment method because I always withdraw in the same way where I make a deposit. Won't it complicate things if I make a withdrawal in another way?? I also ask them if any additional verification is needed and they say no, it will still be investigated by the "specialists".

So an update about my case .After all my withdrawals failed after approximately 24 hrs of the withdrawal i noticed that now i cant even withdrawal my money( the withdrawal wont even get processed) it instantly fails.Note that i have made 17 attempts since now and still haven't got one reason of why the withdrawals failed.The support team also replied that my account is available from withdrawals and they keep failing.Very suspicious

Hello.


My last withdraw as you can see was at 28/08/2023 ..it approximately took about 3-4 business days since i was verified.I have also send all the chat in your email.So the last update is ,I am currently waiting for the financial department to transfer the funds to another card i have done a deposit in the past in order to proceed with my withdraw.
