The player from Germany requested a withdrawal 9 days prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
On July 5th, 2022 and July 6th, 2022, 2 withdrawals of €300 each were approved, but to date no withdrawal has been posted to my checking account. Casino Sieger's chat always says the same thing that it's been transferred and you should be patient, but I find that a long time for this transfer time. I feel confused and would like to ask you for help.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
