Could you please advise if there are any funds being held in your casino account? Is it £100 (dispute value)? Have you accumulated these funds with or without an active bonus?

Blocked when I messaged about withdrawing don’t know if any funds are now in my account with them they let me deposit and play I deposited 2 lots of 50 euros I played with no bonuses I won a little had 60 euro in my account so lost really tried to withdraw only read on screen 250 euros is minimum withdrawal unfair they have never messaged me at all ended up playing the 60 euros then after I messaged them several times after to ask how to make withdrawals they blocked my account for no reason feel ripped off by this casino

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

If there are no funds being held in your casino account, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you, and we do not have the capacity to help with unwanted text messages.

Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint.
