The casino is great. But I always have a problem opening the website. I've won again but I can't get into the casino anymore. Which browser should I use???? It's annoying that I'm trying for hours to get into the casino again. I also don't think it's OK that when I win I don't get the money in my account but only in the amount I paid in... But the worst thing is that the link in the email doesn't work and I can't get into the casino again.

Don't verify the account even though you send all the documents correctly.
I also called the bank and asked for a detailed deposit document, which I have never needed at another N1 casino.
Nevertheless, they found further excuses why it didn't work.
Even the guy from support didn't understand the world anymore and apologized a thousand times and tried to talk to the security department.
After fighting for weeks, it was too stupid for me and I simply gambled away the win. Was 297€
It would have been nice, but something so antisocial has never happened to me in an N1 casino. Normally the usual deposit confirmation (original from my bank with all the required data on it) was sufficient in every other N1 casino and I could always make withdrawals.
I actually went to the Kakadu Casino because of a good review here and on Trust and was extremely disappointed where even the employees apologized for being taken for a ride by their security department.

Rtp values seem ok although some games are fixed. I've bought 20+ bonuses at Dog House megaways and never had 4 scatters once. The same goes for the other bonus buy games. Since you notice that some games are fixed, there are only 2 stars
