Don't verify the account even though you send all the documents correctly. I also called the bank and asked for a detailed deposit document, which I have never needed at another N1 casino. I had an account for a long time but a couple days ago N1 decided to disable my account on all the n1 casinos. They dont want to give me a reason why my account is disabled. N1 was my favorite but now they screwed me with no reason. Really really bad!!
