The player from Texas had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, her payout hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised her to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as delays could be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. The team had extended the complaint resolution timer by 7 days, but the player did not respond to their messages and questions. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

payout status will days requested. No movement even tho the casino claims to be "the fastest " in pay out via bitcoin. Asked me to deposit money to verify my account and then I can’t get in contact with them. When can I expect my funds because 2 weeks is NOT FAST!
