On my spare time I decided to play Buzzluck online casino so I deposited $100. into buzzluck i played but no luck but had a good time I deposited 2 more times of $100. each time played for hours did not win anything but I did not care I was playing for fun . After losing 300. I decided to deposit one more $100 bill from my BoA account after that I decided I better stop spending my money so i called customer service ask if they could deposit the $100 I deposited into there account return it back my bank, buzzluck said no problem and this was back in 1/2022, as of today I still don't have the return of my money ,Buzzluck even e-mailed me with a fake confirmation number. My bank of America had never given a confirmation number or even received a return of my money . It's not about the money it's personal . How could a online casino like BUZZLUCK be able to rip off honest customers? plus continue to give online casino a bad name. Anthony S****

When exactly did the casino promise you the refund and how long after that did they show the confirmation of the payment? Do you have saved the conversation with the casino or any screenshots? If yes, please forward them to nikolas.b@casino.guru. Also when was the last time the casino responded to you?

Hello Nikolis,

I asked for a refund 5 min after I deposited. the money on 2/16/22 . I called customer service and asked for a refund back into my bank and apologize for the inconvenience. They had no problems with the request as a matter of fact he said he returned it that same day and that it would show up in my bank in about 7 days so i thank him . 8 days rolled along and I decided to call him to see were the money was and he told me it might be a few more days once again I had no problems with it. three weeks later my bank still have not received anything so i called again and he said that buzzluck already sent it and i should follow up with my bank on the situation not buzzluck thats when I start e-mailing them and I will send you the email but just a warning I was upset so the emails might be harsh . The final email they sent me was few days ago explain the process about RRN? when all that time they could of told me this but even up to this day my bank has not received anything, ps I will send you the e-mails in a couple days I'm out of town and will be returning back on sunday. One more thing for the first 2 month after each time I email BUZZLUCK casino about my refund their response was , that they refund the money already back into my credit card and it might take up to 7 days for my bank to receive it . After 2 month of their crap buzzluck went and change the story and now their saying it was sent buy a RRN code that my bank needs to open so I can get my refund ??? And that it’s out of buzzluck hands ?? I HAVE SAVED all the email if you like I can send you them ? Thank you anthony s****

Of course Buzzluck is not going to answer because they re not planning on giving back my refund. The story they made up about were and how they sent my refund is nothing but lies . They won’t even show me proof that they sent it to my bank how hard is it to put a refund back on my credit card 💳 . I wish you can get the word out about Buzzluck casino, shady ways of ripping innocent people off .

We're sorry to hear you still have not received your refund from your bank. However, we've double checked with our bank and we can still confirm the refund was processed.


As previously mentioned, you need to contact your credit card and specifically the department dealing with 'refunds and disputes', they should understand what an RRN is and how to use it to assist in locating the funds.


If they can still not locate the payment please can you provide us with written confirmation from your bank confirming they are unable to locate the funds. Then we can take further action with our bank.

My Bank is bank of America they have not seen any money coming into my account and they checked fir a RRN and see nothing please call them 1-800-432-1000 so they can tell you that you never sent it …I hate liars and since the beginning you lied to me and I have proof your email you sent me )see attach )you and your fate RRN crap It’s just another lie .

Unfortunately, your bank will not speak to us about matters relating to any of your personal details and bank account, so it's not possible for us to obtain proof from them.


So as already mentioned in order for us to proceed we require written confirmation from your bank that they have not received the payment. Once you have this please send it on to us.

Then answer one question buzz casino why did you say in your email (that the refunded was put back into my account ending in 3924 and I should have it in a few days ?? Read your own email . Then 2 months later you said it was in a RRN that my bank has to open when they never received it . You really think it’s all about the money ? Ps you keep on Repeating yourself that it was sent in a RRN . Man up and admit your lies stop repeating yourself . I want everyone to know how un honest buzzluck is . !!! You want me to get a bank letter from a Bank of America corporation saying they never received it ? You know they never received it because you never sent it ! Anthony S****

Ok just left my bank and my bank advisor told me that what ever buzzluck is saying about a RRN number is not true because if Buzz luck did send it to my bank then it would have notified the bank of the deposit ! As for telling me to get a letter saying that the bank never received it does not make sense Guru anyone could write a letter and say it’s from the bank I did something better I gave Buzzluck all my bank statement of all my deposits and transaction from February 16th till now .!!! See Buzzluck is a low down lying piece of ??? ( casino ). Please Guru do not give them a good review , because Its all about the lies how could Buzzluck sleep at night scamming honest people and this last message is for buzzluck - one thing That i truely believe in is (KARMA) so watch your back buzzluck !!!?? I understand that you are angry, but please, ask the bank for confirmation so we can move forward. If they (bank) didn't receive a payment from Casino then tell them you just need an official confirmation.

Once you'll provide this statement the whole investigation will be in Casino's hands.

how could my bank give a confirmation when they never received any payment?

but I will go back To my bank to get a letter from the bank supervisor telling you that there was never a deposit of any money since February from buzzluck . So they cannot give a confirmation number or something they never received Common sense! But Buzz Luck earlier (4 months ago ) email me and said they returned my money back to into my credit card the proof was in the email I sent you . Then three months ago they emailed me saying they want all my bank statements transactions deposit since February to prove to them that I never received it I sent that in I can show you proof they know they have all my statements but now you want me to get a confirmation of something that never happened I will get a letter from the supervisor of the bank that’s the best I could do . This is so sad that I need to go though all this when I showed you all the proof you needed . Anthony s****

Ok got a letter from my bank that they never received the refund ? I know we’re this is going because me explaining to you that I already sent buzzluck all my bank statements to show proof I never received the money . Buzzluck is a scam and seeing how you give buzzluck a perfect review tells me only one thing ? Let’s see you post this email (Anthony )

We have thoroughly reviewed your casino account again, our processor has confirmed the refund went through. However, you made in total 3 deposits with us, the statement you provided clearly shows the first 2, however, the 3rd one is not present. We strangely cannot see it anywhere, so please can you review your statement yourself to see if it’s there, you are looking for 3 transactions of $99.94, $99.99, and the one we can’t see on your statement of $99.95?

Please let us know once you’ve checked and if you successfully find all 3 deposits?

Hi Anthonyslife6,


Thank you for sharing your up-to-date statements. We have reviewed your account. We can see in our system you made 3 deposits, ALL on the same day, the 15th of February. As per your statements you can see the first one leaving your account on the 16th of Feb $99.94. The second one was on the 17th of Feb $99.99, 2 calendar days after you made the 3 transactions. The 3rd transaction is not on your statement because once you made the deposit, you canceled it almost immediately after, we then processed your refund, so the transaction was canceled before it left your account.


Therefore your bank had not released the funds for the 3rd deposit from your account as we actioned your refund so promptly. Consequentially there was nothing to show by your bank as the transaction was removed from your statement entirely.


This should explain why you have not received the refund and we have processed it.
