The player from Italy requested a withdrawal one week prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I have been waiting since the 11th (actually 10th but it was Sunday) for 3 to be approved
withdrawals for a total of € 1,300, plus a balance of € 900 that I cannot withdraw because you can have a maximum of 3 withdrawals in process. I have not received any request for documents, withdrawals are still pending and assistance writes me every day that there are technical problems with withdrawals and to be patient, but the answers are a copy and paste, they waste time. I ask for your help to process all my withdrawals. For the rest the casino is ok but the payouts cannot be a distress.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Hi Kristina, this story is now unbelievable. A few minutes ago the casino sent me an email stating that the € 1300 withdrawal + an additional € 200 withdrawal (which I had entered this morning at 9 am) had been approved.
so far so good, but the incredible thing is that after about 30 minutes I received the credit of all 1,500 € on the account! I think it was impossible to receive real-time wire transfers from the casino, but it happened!
at this point super reliable casino, a bit slow at first but then they pay everything (in total 10 days from winning to paying)
we can close the claim!
