When I tried to withdraw money, I was told that I couldn't make the withdrawal unless I attached a photo of the card I used several months ago, so I tried attaching it through the form, but no matter how many times I tried, I got an error. I contacted the customer service and attached it via chat, but they asked me to reattach it three times because the image quality was poor, and in reality it looked normal. After that, they gave me various excuses, such as asking me to provide a detailed statement later, and not receiving a response from a representative (I don't know who it was), and I can only imagine that they're causing me unnecessary trouble and delaying the process. Although it does happen occasionally, I think that sites that make excessive demands while holding your withdrawals hostage cannot be trusted. Recently the series has been completely different from before, so you may want to be careful. I hope this is helpful.

The worst ever, the worst support. They call me in the middle of the day and I can't get through even if I call back. A mysterious Chinese person calls me. They have no intention of supporting me at all. The 40x wagering requirement is too high. They don't even want to let you withdraw money in the first place.
