i earned about 450000inr by playing on roulette after Playing continuously for a month ,, I was not winning and the casino manager used to text me with great honour and persuaded me to play more so that I could win some day , And when one day I won about 450000inr and I made a withdrawal of just 49000,, After 6 hours they just cancelled all my winning citing some fake reason that I had played foul , when I was only placing bets as I was allowed to do so ,, I request everyone not to play at this casino as it is just interested in deposits

If a company is allowing you to place bets on specific or all numbers in a roullete, it automatically means that they are allowed,,, and if this was the case that I can't place bets on more than 60 percent numbers in a lightening roullete then I have been placing bets and losing all the time till one day I won ,, then my losses by placing bets against the rules should also be paid back to me, but they are only following some self established rules when I managed to win ,, but till I was losing the rule was not brought into force ,, And they don't respond to my email now and the last email I received that my account will be closed permanently

Do I understand correctly that you bet on roulette covering 60% or more of the table and that is the reason why the casino doesn't want to pay you the winnings you made with your real money?

Would you be able to forward emails or chat transcripts where the casino is accusing you of breaking these rules? Please understand we need to know more information about what the casino is accusing you of if we want to proceed with the case.

While creating account, you also agreed to follow terms and conditions.


14.10.2.4. Any bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.


Winnings from bet- 9053715501 and 9058475756 dated- 03.05.2023 are confiscated.

I would have had no problem

If the casino would have informed me that I was placing bets against rules all the time for 2 months while I was continuously losing, but as long as I was losing, it was good for them ,,, and as soon as I won , the arbitrary rule came into force only to cancell the winnings

We have performed additional checks internally and based on preliminary finding we confirm that the user violated our terms and conditions:


14.10.2.4. Any bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.


Each user of our website must agree to those rules in order to proceeding to the gameplay.


Many checks we perform on our end are manual, including the above quoted rule. That’s why the system is not making the calculation automatically, but we have to inform the player on a second stage.


Anyway we always tend to be transparent and to keep our users informed. All terms and conditions are available onsite. Also our customer support is available for clarification in case the players have questions. We are sorry that this rule was not noticed by the player earlier.

Does it make any sense that a casino will confiscate my winnings and my losses by playing the same way will be overlooked for the benifit of casino ,, I have been losing for 2 months by playing in the same way ,, If the casino has a rule position that winnings have to be cancelled, then the casino was duty bound to inform me that I m playing against the rules ,, The bettilt casino should either return my winnings or loses to the original, Giving yourself a clean chit is not going to suffice

Unfortunately we are not able to share exact numbers. Anyway, small or big winning - when it is against our rules, it is not legit to be paid.

Please do not forget that the customer has accepted the terms and conditions before his first bet.

There is an option of straight bet in every lighting roulette and so is the case with bettilt casino . If a player places bets on more than 60% of numbers, he is more often than not in a position to lose because you provide lightening numbers on an average after 20 rounds , so where the hell from have I played foul ,, the bettilt casino was surprised that on my day I deposited 4000 inr and I managed to reach upto 500000inr only by placing bets on lucky number which was 1000x and my bet value was about 500,, I have not broken any rule , this is all the excuse to consficate the winnings
