Dear casinoguru please help I created an account on betplays about a month ago. I made a deposit and won some betting. I have passed full verification. I ordered a withdrawal, but after a week it was rejected due to violating the betting regulations, point number 3. This point concerns betting when you received a bonus. I had to take no deposit bonus. I had 700 euros in my casino account and they took them away for no reason. I didn't do anything wrong. I was accused of things I didn't do and the money I won honestly was taken by the casino.

I wanted to write emphatically that these accusations are untrue. They are offensive to me and want to make me look like a fraud. I have never ever broken any rules in any casino. I only ever have one casino account, the kora is mine and mine alone. I never create multiple accounts. Only I have access to each account. All my bets are my own. I am accused without any proof just because I won several hundred euros.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been or is going to be blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. There are many multiple account strategies used by players focusing on sports betting. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly.
