The player from Mexico has been awaiting withdrawal for 3 weeks. Initially, the casino failed to process withdrawals via Skrill, and then advised the player to use bank transfer instead. The player confirmed the issue was resolved.
On the 5th of July, I initiated 2 withdrawals using the Skrill wallet. Two weeks passed without receiving any payment, even though the maximum payment period through Skrill is 5 days. It took those 2 weeks for them to tell me that Skrill wasn't working and that I should withdraw using bank transfer. After doing so, I contacted them to prioritize my withdrawal. Yesterday, I withdrew through bank transfer and all they keep telling me is to wait. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a withdrawal and all they've told me these 3 weeks is just to wait. I see that I'm not the only one facing this issue; many other Betmotion players are experiencing the same.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please specify when you requested a withdrawal via bank transfer? Have you received any response from the casino regarding the transaction processing times?

Yes I know but it is not a coincidence that only happens to me, it happens to all the players on this website. It's just an excuse to delay payment.
I requested the withdrawal by bank transfer on the 24th at 4:24 p.m. Mexico time and they tell me that withdrawals by bank account usually take up to a maximum of 3 business days.
