They didn't reply to my complain, they don't pay at all, from 3276€ withdrawal they paid out 1276€ just in 69days of waiting! There is no information if they will even pay the rest of not... This casino won't pay u at all if you hit any big win for sure! as in my case, over 2 months of waiting and just got 1/3 requested withdrawal. Their rating should be 2-3 max
My overall experience has been pretty bad. Aside from being limited very quickly, the withdrawals have been completely chaotic. The first one stopped me almost two months after contacting them a thousand times, and the second, which took almost a month, ended up costing me more than €20 less than what I had withdrawn! I contacted the chat, and they told me those were their terms and conditions (when it says they charge a maximum of €5 in fees). They don't even know where their nerves are coming from when you ask them; the fact is, they pay out much less than the amount you withdraw. They are scammers
