The player, Soyjin, requested a withdrawal which was declined due to a suspicion of a fraud. Although it said that the requested withdrawal of AUD11,814 was accepted, it didn't show up at the player's bank account. He was informed that only AUD686 would be returned to him and that was a surprise to him since he made an AUD750 deposit. Soyjin asked the casino to provide a proof of his fraudulent activity, but they never provided any. The case remains unresolved.

The player was accused of having multiple account holdings.
After the player requested a withdrawal, they tried to log in to the account and found out it was blocked. They immediately contacted the chat where they directed them to check their email. There the player found out they were accused of having multiple account holdings but the casino didn't provide any relevant proofs at all. After a more thorough investigation, the casino found out that due to a technical error, their system marked the player's account as a duplicate with other player's account, which was not related to the player at all. That is why they decided to refund the player's account and reopen their account. They also apologized for the inconvenience they caused the player. The complaint is now solved.

The player provided the casino with their driver's license from the U.S. but he is the citizen of Bosnia&Hercegovina and Serbia but the casino decided that the player was from a restricted country of USA and they won't pay him his winning. Later on, the casino confirmed that after the player passed the new document verification, his funds were returned to his player's account and were ready for a cashout, if needed. Then he tried to withdraw via bank transfer through his bank located in Singapore, but it was also declined.
