Hi all I won money and tried withdrawal, R1300 was the withdrawal available and when I withdraw the amount there was no issues no they say it was a waiger and then a bonus why then show withdrawal of R1300 available, now they don't want to pay this is shady

I know it was 10 free spins , it did not show any waiger or waiger outstanding that is my issue ..and I know il be repeating myself but it showed me withdrawal funds available R1300 other wise I would not have done so . I feel if that was the case then put the R1300 in my funds to play but I am so disgusted with them I just want my money, showed Nothing on any waiger

Where was I requested to waiger on R1300 ?as nowhere it was said how do they allow you to even go to withdrawal section and show withdrawal funds available if it had to be wagered?this is fraudulent and if I had to waiger the money why trick me into showing withdrawal amount available R1300.i won't stop as what you are doing is wrong and cheating people out of money ?I have now posted this on my Facebook as a warning to all friends and family and will Cary on until I get my money back.

Hi Nick it's been 5 days I have responded and awaiting your response another thing about this is why is it taking 7 days to reply, I responded as soon as I get the notification. Your systems is full of loop holes cheating and stealing money from people .. now I have seen some one over the weekend that told me unless the casino notified me on that amount that I had to waiger wich they did not so this will be my last request for this then I will be taking this case to a new level , Fter numerous communications and proof of this I'm no longer standing for the company's excuses for taking money and it won't be just me I have made contact with some other people sitting in the same boat .

We have carefully reviewed this case.


The players has played with a deposit in the amount of ZAR100 and free spin winnings with wagering in the amount of ZAR23.5


As is stated in our T&C's:

The following wagering activities are not allowed until the wagering requirements of this bonus have been completed:

4. Betting more than ZAR70 per spin or 10% of the received bonus amount (the smaller of the two) on a slot game


Due to his bonus, the maximum bet allowed to the player at the time of play was ZAR2.35.


The player has made bets that are higher than this amount - in the amounts of ZAR3, ZAR5 and ZAR7.5.

Due to this breach, we were entitled to decline his withdrawal request and void his winnings.

Hi I appreciate the time put into this I want all that you are saying on images please why would your company allow a withdrawal available to show R1300 if I was not allowed ? This is fraudulent way of taking money as Tuscany casino shows you the availability of funds and also shows the wager amount ?I am disgusted with this , I need you to then put my R1300 back in the game for me to carry on playing as this absurd and total bullshit .if you allow me to withdraw a waiger or is this also in hidden detail?you see there is a loophole in this as this is dishonest.i would like screenhots from your system so I can get some in to look in the above

Please understand that account and betting history checks are done after the player requests a withdrawal so the casino had no chance to know about your breach of term before.
