The player from Cambodia had encountered an issue with BC Game, where after a withdrawal of 99 USDT to a Binance account, his balance was reduced to zero. The withdrawal history indicated the funds were sent to an unknown address, leading the player to suspect they were stolen. Upon investigation, the casino found no suspicious activity on the player's account and suggested that the player was responsible for the security of his account. We concluded that the player's use of a VPN made it impossible to track account usage. The player was advised to report the issue to local authorities, as the casino could not be held responsible for such actions.

BC Game stealing my money. I have 433usdt in my account and I’ve withdrawn 99 usdt to my Binance usdt BEP20 network ( the one I use for deposit) 1 days later I go and check my account again and I can see the balance is 0.00usdt. After that I go to the withdrawal history I can see it send out to someone address. I think BCGame staff stealing it. You can see in the picture. That 99usdt is my Binance address. There consultants saying its personal problems while they’ve send the money to unknown address.

After further communication with the casino, we came to the conclusion that we will be forced to reject the complaint for the following reasons:

It was proven that you was using a VPN and it is impossible to track back who and when was the account used. If the withdrawal was processed to a different wallet, somebody else must have used your account and in this case, you the player is responsible for the security of the account. If it has been misused, please turn to local authorities as the casino is not responsible for such actions.

It’s not make sense. It’s require deposit verification and at the end they told us we can withdraw to any address. Moreover I didn’t use any VPN.
