Yesterday I made 50k inr deposit in my bc.game account and I placed a bet in sports and won and I made withdrawal but it's got cancelled it's showing account verification required so I uploaded all the docs and verified my face also and I got a email that my kyc was successful again I made withdrawal and just after 5 minutes when again I was trying to sign in my account it's showing account verification required I mailed like 4 times and they sent me some Google docs forum to fill and they told after filling the form within a hour I can again access my account but I still can't sign in to my account I don't know what's the whatever they asked me I provided everything but still my account is not accessible

I opened my account like 4 days ago and I normally playin on casino 2 days I didn't faced any problem but then I deposited 50k and I made like 66k I tried to make withdrawal it's got cancelled showing account verification required so i instantly verified my account with I'd and my face and I got mail also that my kyc is successful then again I made request for withdrawal then after 5 minutes when I tried to sign in to my account it's showing account verification required and I can login so I tried to make contact through live chat and email also but no response I will attach my kyc verification successful screenshot also please check it

They didn't informed me anything just I tried to login to my account then it's showing account verification required

I didn't achieved with any bonus that was my real money that I deposited

Please help me bro I m in big problem I don't want their account just tell them to give money to my bank account and they can block my account I don't have any issues I just want my money back I mailed them like 20 times but I didn't got any response whenever I tried to chat with live support they always tell me to mail them and when I mail them they don't give me reply and they don't tell me also that how much time it will take to response my mail they are saying in live chat it can take a month or 6 months also please help me bro🙏🙏🙏

Three days ago after sending so many email they replied my one email asking for fill the Google form there I uploaded my I'd card and my photo holding a paper written bc.game and my email and date and address verification documents also and a video in that I have to say my name and email and I was playing at bc.game I had sent all my documents photo video everything but after that also they are not responding nor unlocking my account I tried to contact live support discord and Twitter also but they say only one thing you have to wait and they are not telling me how much longer I have to wait they aren't giving me a specific time period this means indirectly they are saying that it can take maybe a month or can take a year also please help me sir

It's been more than a week my account became inaccessible I had sent all the required kyc docs like I'd card address proof my own photo with holding a paper in that bc game date and email address is written and a video recording also there I had to say my name and that I am playing in bc game I had done all the things they want but my account is still not accessible and whenever I tried to ask them how much time it will take they always say we don't know how much time it will take it indirectly means they can take as long as much they want whether it's a month or a year

Such a sh*tty support they have after reaching to 25 to 30 times to live support each and every time they tell me only one thing sir please wait more and i told them I already waited for half a month after that also they are telling me to wait more they didn't even bother to look into my problems and in twitter after seeing my 4 to messages everyday they also don't bother to respond once approx I sent 35 plus twitter messages and they respond just once after that no response after seeing my message they just leave like that then I tried to contact in discord everyday I open a ticket in discord totally till now I opened like 7 to 8 ticket in that also not a single response it's just like scammer does after taking your money they don't even bother to respond just like that bc game support are doing it's totally frustrating everyday my 2 to 3 hours goes into messaging into you guys but no response
