i have lost my sim card due to which i was unable to login my account.now i made the new bc account.i was asked to upload the documents for identity verification but unfortunately the verification got rejected showing that i had already uploaded the same documents on previous account.

now i request you to allow me verify my identity again so that i can make withdraw the money

  • Could you please advise if you did contact the casino regarding the lost SIM before creating a new account?
  • Did the casino allow you to create a new account?
  • Was your first account verified?


Please note that without the casino's permission, it is prohibited to create a new account and they have right to block all of your accounts and confiscate any balance from them.
