The player from India had multiple accounts in BC game and was trying to delete his old account. The Complaints Team, after reviewing the casino's Terms and Conditions, found that creating multiple accounts for the purpose of collusion or abuse of service was prohibited. They sought further information from the player to clarify the situation, but the player failed to respond within the given timeframe. As a result, we were unable to further investigate the issue and the complaint was rejected.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the Terms and Conditions of the casino, and this is what I found:


5. Prohibited Uses
5.1. PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.


Could you please specify why you created more than one account in the casino?

When exactly did you delete your old casino account and create a new one?

Have you made any deposits in any of these accounts?

Could you please confirm if you passed the KYC verification in any of your accounts?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?
