Deposited 75 Bitcoin. Won 500 went to withdrawal so they verified my documents. Everything Checked out, then they tell me there’s an 18 day wait. It was irritating after a few days I check up they say oh it’s 18 business days. I also deposited 175 total now. Still waiting on the cash out that has absolutely no reason not to be done already. Then they offer free 10 chip but tell me if I redeem it, it will put a delay on my withdrawal…. That was after I deposited another 100. Still yet to see this cash out. Do not recommend

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I’ve been waiting since may 16th. I was verified right after I submitted it’ll the withdrawal that day. This was all through Bitcoin. There is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have it processed by now. I even deposited a 100 after I submitted the withdrawal. I wasn’t notified of any delay. It’s just being held. Are
