Hi there,


i do have a problem with alienbet. They don’t react to my emails and I have a 2 withdraws of €500 euro what they don’t pay out in the 12 hours they say in there terms&conditions.


I hit the chat several times and they keep tell me I have to wait. But in terms&conditions they say in 12 hours your withdraw is payd.


weird part.. I did a withdraw of €50 and that one was payd in 2 hours. Nobody give an answer by email.


the withdraws are in bitcoin. The terms&conditions doesn’t tell me anything about bitcoin is different in withdraw. I’m a bit afraid the casino scam me or something? I hope not.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

thanks for your quick response. You can learn casino’s a lot with this fast response…


I did some research online about this casino, the owners, the adress etc.. Does not give me a better feeling but I will wait the 14 days.


How can they say in the terms&conditions a withdraw is made in 12 hours if they don’t do this? That’s already something what needs to be discussed.
