To add to my frustration, my withdrawal request has not been processed, despite having exceeded the promised processing timescale. While you had no problem accepting my deposits and I continued to accumulate losses on your platform, it seems that the situation changed when I attempted to withdraw my winnings.
I have reviewed thier terms and conditions thoroughly and can confirm that I have not breached any rules or violated any policies that would justify the locking of my account or the refusal to process my withdrawal. This seems like an entirely unjustified action, and I am left wondering whether this is an attempt to prevent me from receiving my rightful winnings, as I am entitled to the funds I have won, and there should be no barriers to accessing them.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate this complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities.
