The player made a withdrawal from his account but it got declined and funds returned. The casino said there had been an issue with their withdrawal methods and they offered to player only such payment method which he didn't have. The player was unable to make successful withdrawals due to limited payment method options. The casino didn't react to this complaint and it remained unresolved.

The player from Russia won 400 USD playing with free spins. After requesting a withdrawal, their account was blocked and the player was accused of fraud. The casino returned the original deposit of 5 USD to the player but provided no evidence in order to support their accusations.

Shortly after that, he received a payment of $500 and had been waiting to receive the rest of the money since then. There is no further update on this case.
