The player from the United Kingdom never managed to withdraw from the casino despite being fully verified and not playing with bonuses. He had accumulated 1000€, but multiple withdrawal attempts were rejected without explanation. Emailing support yielded no response. We attempted to contact the casino but received no cooperation, as they had a history of ignoring mediation efforts. Consequently, the complaint was closed as unresolved, impacting the casino's overall rating. The player later informed us that he received his funds, so the complaint was closed as resolved.

Having used the casino for many months I have never managed to withdraw, there is always an excuse for rejection. My account is fully verified and I don't play with bonuses. I decide to give it one more go today and have accumulated 1000 euro. It was higher but I played though and decided 1000 was a good amount to withdraw. It has now been rejected 5times with no explanation , I have been told to email support but never get a reply. The last withdrawal was rejected in under five minutes. I am using the same withdrawal method as I used to deposit so I don't get the reason why. Please let me know if you need any documents

Could you please advise if you passed the full KYC verification?

Do you see any explanation when your withdrawals get rejected? Is it due to some technical issue with the payment provider?

Hi yea fully kyc verified , no explanation given on the rejections. I managed to get through to ana petrova today who has informed me that as I deposited in euros (my mistake it defaulted to it for some reason) then I can not withdraw to my bank account as she says they will not accept it as it's in euros. I find this absolutely ludicrous as I'm pretty sure the bank would convert back to GBP , in my opinion it is just another lie so they don't have to payout

just a quick update , ana p. has informed me to withdraw via crypto now as i cant withdraw to my bank , i have done this and the withdrawal has been pending since 1.00pm yesterday , not sure if it will be accepted or not . i still find it strange as they insist normally on withdrawing using the same method as deposit otherwise it gets rejected

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for 7Bets.io Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 7Bets.io Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Nealtpeanut. The player sent us the following email:

Just wanted to update , after multiple emails and lots of live chat , the payment has been sent today and I received it in my crypto wallet. Yes it was a complete ball ache but it has completed . If anyone else is having the same problem please persevere and don't be tempted to gamble away your winnings , they will pay out eventually
