The player's account was fully verified and they had tried to withdraw multiple times, but the casino had repeatedly cancelled their withdrawals. Despite numerous attempts to contact the casino, the player had received no response. We attempted to contact the casino on behalf of the player, but the casino did not respond. Therefore, the complaint had been marked as 'unresolved'.

Hello … they have cancelled my withdrawal YET AGAIN FOR THE 4th time


I have all the documents verified and also all the documents with withdrawing they are PURPOSELY cancelling it putting me to the back of the que and then waiting 4 days at a time


it’s been 16 days and REFUSING / GIVING EXCUSES about withdrawal amounts etc


I am beyond it ……… I am within a second of either topping myself or flying out there and resorting to big things to get my fing money back!!!!


My bank are going to try and reverse the transactions!!!! CASINO GURU

No never made a successful withdrawal!


Tried north of 6times and every time they rejected it! My account is fully verified!


I really don’t have time they have stolen £1,500 in deposits from me … I had over £2000 in winnings!


It’s ruined my life and it’s a criminal behaviour you cannot beat around the push and say anything different!


I have reported to the gambling commission but they are also corrupt from looking at reviews online.


It’s such a shame criminal bodies are allowed to do such a thing!


By giving you any information on anything else… if they are not replying or helping me why would they help you?


Its an absolute shambles and you should have the company as a 0 never use on your site not 5.6 rating!


Have you looked on Trustpilot and seen the shocking reviews? They also pay for people for reviews too!!

I would also like to add


my account has been closed and also I don’t care about my winnings - I just want my deposits I put in there it’s £1600


If we cannot come to an agreement I would take this further with the police and also gambling commission they are with!


I have sent them 40+ emails every time no response! It’s not just me it’s several other people and we just want our deposits back!


7bets do the right thing and send me the money to my account I have emailed you several times to get that!!!!
