Since when is your account created in the casino? Did you ever verify your account before? Did you request for a withdrawal or tried to verify yourself when the casino blocked your account or you just got blocked without any actions taken?

They have paid me but still restricted my account

They closed my account when I withdrew, They paid me out since but still closed my account which is fine
