The player's account got blocked as the casino claims he is from restricted country. The complaint was resolved as the player's account remained closed but he received a refund of his deposit, which he is satisfied with.

Since when is your account created in the casino? Did you ever verify your account before? Did you request for a withdrawal or tried to verify yourself when the casino blocked your account or you just got blocked without any actions taken?
