However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

we have not delayed this transaction, and we have never told this player that it was delayed.


we have already replied to the customer that it was approved on our side and sent, which was on 18th july


and we have already given this player the imps number as proof it was done on our side:

Just because this player hasnt recieved his wd amount, it does not mean that we have delayed it or not sent it.

there can be any number of reasons why he hasnt recieved it, which is usually Indian bank server delays and maintenence which takes place over weekend


If by friday of this week, this amount is still not recieved - and we will need to check players bank statement for this account first - , then we will re-credit his account with this amount, no issues.
