My experience with 22bet has been extremely disappointing.
For almost two years, I used the platform regularly. During the entire period when I was losing money, I never experienced any significant issues. Deposits were accepted without problems, my account remained active, and nobody questioned anything regarding my activity.
However, the situation changed completely once I started making successful withdrawals and had a positive balance on my account.
Suddenly, my account was restricted, additional verification procedures were introduced, and what followed was months of frustration. I was asked for documents multiple times, contacted different departments, waited weeks for responses, and spent an enormous amount of time trying to understand what was happening with my funds.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency. I was informed that I would be able to withdraw my deposit sum, but later received a completely different explanation based on the casino’s interpretation of my entire account history over several years.
As a player, I found this extremely confusing and unfair. I had never encountered such an approach with any other betting company I have used.
The complaint process was equally frustrating. I had to obtain account statements, transaction histories, and communicate with multiple parties just to receive explanations that continued to change throughout the process.
Regardless of the final outcome, this has been by far the worst customer experience I have had with an online casino. The amount of time, stress, and effort required to get clear information was simply unacceptable.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise players to exercise caution, especially if they intend to keep larger balances on their account or if they become successful players.

The main problem with the site is its chat support. They don’t seem to understand the issue and only provide copy-pasted responses. Even when you clearly explain the problem, they fail to grasp it. They also claim to have VIP managers, but when I inquired about this, the support team said they don’t have anything like that.
I strongly advise avoiding deposits in fiat currency. If the transaction goes through smoothly, you’re lucky — otherwise, you may have to forget about your money. It has already been over eight months, and the issue is still unresolved.
Another major concern is their bonus system. All bonuses require a deposit with a 35–40x wagering requirement. Even for high rollers, they don’t offer any additional loss-back benefits.

when I first started playing, every time I tried to deposit using the official wallet number, the deposits were frequently declined, rejected, or left pending for hours. After that, I was contacted on WhatsApp and instructed to deposit through a different method (using an ID via WhatsApp), claiming it is "safer and faster." The only thing that has never worked is customer service. They look at old conversations and say that I have already been answered. Yesterday I asked "How many deposits have there been since May 14th" and the answer was "you haven't played enough cashback". In the case of deposit problems, they said to try a different deposit method. In the case of text message problems, they said to change the company, empty the phone and change the SIM card to a different device. The missing sounds in the Tome of Madness game in all casinos, Windows and Linux and even in the application on the phone can be fixed by clearing the cache and cookies from the computer. Also from an installation that is five minutes old and the system in question has not even logged in to 22bet yet.
All of these have been fine according to 22bet for many years now... In reality, the situation is only getting worse.
As I write this I am expecting a 9% cashback on €500 deposits with wagers which was supposed to be paid three weeks ago. But now when I go to chat I get the same answer there as three weeks ago.. Five years ago, I won €2,300 after several deposits and losses. The casino claimed I had used multiple accounts without providing any proof or details (of course, this was false) and closed my accounts, keeping both the money I won and the money I deposited. I filed a complaint with the Civil Guard at the time, and I can send it to whoever wants it. Today, a much more complicated process begins, but one I must fight through to the end. We registered with 22bet on 7 Aug and win a bit money and try to withdraw fund then ask for verification. We understand KYC processing is important. But it is surprising me is 17 days still not done and they ask additional documents every 72 hours and wait 72 hours and loop. Especially, not timeframe and every time email security team and customer on chat only ask you patience and wait. Then complaint team is the worst never response. When you win and try to withdraw, they will make verification process to delay or not willing you to withdraw. I will update my review if something changes.

I've been at 22bet for six years now and I've lost count of how much money I've lost at this casino. In the beginning it's all very well the more you play, every two or three months I've received freebet codes for around 50-100 euros. Then you start to "win" with the slight impression that you're in control and withdraw, and they give you a "vip manager". Then things start to go downhill, you deposit more and more and more, and each time you lose more, time goes by and you never get any codes, only if you ask and they give you codes worth 5-10 euros, which aren't even good codes, because you only get the winnings, you don't get the value of the total bet. Several times I've deposited 500 to 2000 euros and when I've lost I've never been rewarded for anything, with the excuse that you've withdrawn something "recently" that doesn't even amount to those amounts. So if you want a good casino, don't play at 22bet, even average casinos turn out to be better. Over time I've noticed that I've been treated badly as an old player and looked down on. I don't know if I'll give it a go anymore, I'm probably already at -20k in terms of deposit/profit, I'm not a high roller, but I'm still that above-casual player, I've always liked 22bet's layout, but it seems that more and more 22bet doesn't care about old players, only new ones... My experience with 22bet has been extremely disappointing.
For almost two years, I used the platform regularly. During the entire period when I was losing money, I never experienced any significant issues. Deposits were accepted without problems, my account remained active, and nobody questioned anything regarding my activity.
However, the situation changed completely once I started making successful withdrawals and had a positive balance on my account.
Suddenly, my account was restricted, additional verification procedures were introduced, and what followed was months of frustration. I was asked for documents multiple times, contacted different departments, waited weeks for responses, and spent an enormous amount of time trying to understand what was happening with my funds.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency. I was informed that I would be able to withdraw my deposit sum, but later received a completely different explanation based on the casino’s interpretation of my entire account history over several years.
As a player, I found this extremely confusing and unfair. I had never encountered such an approach with any other betting company I have used.
The complaint process was equally frustrating. I had to obtain account statements, transaction histories, and communicate with multiple parties just to receive explanations that continued to change throughout the process.
Regardless of the final outcome, this has been by far the worst customer experience I have had with an online casino. The amount of time, stress, and effort required to get clear information was simply unacceptable.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise players to exercise caution, especially if they intend to keep larger balances on their account or if they become successful players.
I cannot recommend this platform.

The main problem with the site is its chat support. They don’t seem to understand the issue and only provide copy-pasted responses. Even when you clearly explain the problem, they fail to grasp it. They also claim to have VIP managers, but when I inquired about this, the support team said they don’t have anything like that.
I strongly advise avoiding deposits in fiat currency. If the transaction goes through smoothly, you’re lucky — otherwise, you may have to forget about your money. It has already been over eight months, and the issue is still unresolved.

The only thing that has never worked is customer service. They look at old conversations and say that I have already been answered. Yesterday I asked "How many deposits have there been since May 14th" and the answer was "you haven't played enough cashback". In the case of deposit problems, they said to try a different deposit method. In the case of text message problems, they said to change the company, empty the phone and change the SIM card to a different device. I’m not claiming that this provider directly misused any data, but the lack of transparency raises legitimate doubts about possible data sharing or misuse within third-party networks.

Ich sage nicht, dass dieser Anbieter direkt dafür verantwortlich ist, aber der Verdacht einer möglichen Datenweitergabe oder missbräuchlichen Verwendung steht im Raum. Sollte sich keine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden, werde ich den Fall anwaltlich prüfen lassen. Ich rate daher zur Vorsicht, bis hier mehr Transparenz geschaffen wird.

Five years ago, I won €2,300 after several deposits and losses. The casino claimed I had used multiple accounts without providing any proof or details (of course, this was false) and closed my accounts, keeping both the money I won and the money I deposited. We registered with 22bet on 7 Aug and win a bit money and try to withdraw fund then ask for verification. We understand KYC processing is important. But it is surprising me is 17 days still not done and they ask additional documents every 72 hours and wait 72 hours and loop. Especially, not timeframe and every time email security team and customer on chat only ask you patience and wait. Then complaint team is the worst never response. When you win and try to withdraw, they will make verification process to delay or not willing you to withdraw. I will update my review if something changes.

I've been at 22bet for six years now and I've lost count of how much money I've lost at this casino. In the beginning it's all very well the more you play, every two or three months I've received freebet codes for around 50-100 euros. Then you start to "win" with the slight impression that you're in control and withdraw, and they give you a "vip manager". Then things start to go downhill, you deposit more and more and more, and each time you lose more, time goes by and you never get any codes, only if you ask and they give you codes worth 5-10 euros, which aren't even good codes, because you only get the winnings, you don't get the value of the total bet. Several times I've deposited 500 to 2000 euros and when I've lost I've never been rewarded for anything, with the excuse that you've withdrawn something "recently" that doesn't even amount to those amounts. So if you want a good casino, don't play at 22bet, even average casinos turn out to be better. Over time I've noticed that I've been treated badly as an old player and looked down on. I don't know if I'll give it a go anymore, I'm probably already at -20k in terms of deposit/profit, I'm not a high roller, but I'm still that above-casual player, I've always liked 22bet's layout, but it seems that more and more 22bet doesn't care about old players, only new ones...
