The player from Sweden had encountered an issue with a pending withdrawal amounting to around 15k at 18bet via Skrill since 2/12. Despite daily inquiries via live chat and email, the player had not received a satisfactory response. The player had confirmed that the withdrawal method was previously verified and that no bonus was used. The player later received the first 5000 EUR of the withdrawal. However, due to lack of further communication from the player, we had to reject the complaint.

dear casinoguru, i need help with withdrawl issue at 18bet.


i am verified and has been sucessful for withdrawl before (4000), a year ago.

this december i gambled here and finished with a win. Winning ammount is around 15k, and i did an withdrawl from same place i deposited. Via skrill, this withdrawl has been pending since 2/12. I did an complaint at askgamblers, but the case was unresovled due to 18bet didnt answer 


i ask everyday via live chat, and email for updates on my withdrawl. And recently i havent even been answered on email..


please casinoguru. Help me with this
